Child Custody Strategies – Remember the Children’s Rights

When a pair is divorcing is so problems that arise and need to be resolved: Retirement Accounts Division activities, household goods and other goods, financial institutions, corporate, holiday, shared ownership, no financial compensation and more resources. It confusing and overwhelming. However, when this couple has children, there is a concern that distinguishes in importance for everyone else… inevitably the question of custody of children.

When parents are involved in a battle of custody, are usually focused on the protection of individual rights. The judiciary in each Member State considers that many factors to arrive at a final child custody agreement. And while the views and the wishes of a child older usually bring the following list of rights is usually confirmed for children of all ages influence those of a young.

-The right of a continuing relationship with two parents.

-The right to be treated, not as an item of property, but as a human being with unique feelings, ideas and wishes.

-The right to pursue the care and guidance appropriate for each parent.

-The right to have his views and opinions of a parent be not overly influenced by the other parent.

-The right to express love, friendship and respect for their parents and the freedom of having to hide these feelings or emotions.

-The right to know the impending divorce was in any way caused by actions of the child.

-The right to not be arguments object and/or source.

-The right to appeal, to accurate information regarding the divorce process.

-The right to maintain regular contact with both parents and the right of a clear explanation for changes or cancellations plans.

-The right to benefit from a pleasant relationship with both parents; the law ever be used as a tool of manipulation or negotiation.

Parents can explore, understand, support and enforce these rights on behalf of their premiums immeasurable to children in their relations with their children. Parents who ignore and repeatedly violate these rights are at risk of harm their relationship, credibility and their own children to be repaired.
